Julie Adams, founder of Adams Educational Consulting (AEC), is an educational consultant providing Critical Thinking, Neuroscience, Content Literacy, Writing, Positive Culture, Digital Literacy and Instructional Leadership training and coaching to public/ private schools and athletic organizations world-wide.  Mrs. Adams, a Nationally Board Certified Teacher and Educator of the Year who has taught primary through graduate school, equips educators with strategies that empower students with the skills necessary for academic success. Hired by Linda Darling-Hammond, she serves as the Instructional Coach for Stanford New Schools and partners with the California League of Schools to provide training, coaching and implementation of PLCs and Common Core State Standards; she also advises universities and state departments of education on developmental appropriateness of curriculum & instruction.   She has authored five books: Game Changers~7 Instructional Practices that Catapult Student Achievement, PDP Cornell Notes and Teaching Academic Vocabulary Effectively, Parts I-III. Mrs. Adams' expertise and humor make her a highly-sought after featured speaker at educational and leadership conferences around the world.
